Limkokwing Digital Creativity Studios Holds Education Fair in Heilongjiang
Limkokwing Digital Creativity Studios (LDCS) held a three-day education fair in the province of Heilongjiang recently. The education fair allowed LDCS to field enquiries about its programmes and give visitors hailing from the area a chance to interact with LDCS administrators in person.
Visitors include recent school leavers with their parents in tow who enquired about LDCS’s unique teaching methods as well as its understanding of industry expectations and processes.
The creative industry demands not just creativity, but also creative thinking skills and practical hands-on expertise. Those who are interested in joining this field may lack insights about how the industry works and thus, are unable to go the distance to fulfil their dreams.
LDCS took the opportunity to provide enthusiastic visitors with information about its digital creative training programmes as well as the intricacies involved with the creative industry and the many niche fields in it.
Head of Limkokwing Digital Creativity Studios and Senior Director of Campus Administration of Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Kenneth Quah, said, “Our curriculum is designed and developed by the prestigious Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. We aim to be the cradle that fosters creative talents in China, aided by our unique advantages which other training institutions don’t have.”
The education fair also attracted a number of vocational schools and training providers who were in discussions with LDCS on potential opportunities for collaboration. Representatives from these institutions all held optimistic views on the development of the creative industry, especially with the government’s strong focus on the creative industry.
They said that the industry needs an excellent one-stop training centre such as Limkokwing Digital Creativity Studios which has the international resources to provide creative training programmes that equip its students with professional skills, enabling them to fit in immediately into the creative industry and fulfil the country’s growing labour demand in the process.
Limkokwing Digital Creativity Studios is currently offering nine programmes in total:
